Mark Konno
Mark Konno, former V.P. of Engineering at Edwards Lifesciences. Mark enjoyed a long and successful career with Edwards Lifesciences. As R&D leader (VP) for both Critical Care and Surgical Heart Valve businesses at Edwards Lifesciences he was responsible for the identification and implementation of technical programs, that produced double digit growth for the divisions. His accomplishments include the identification of internal development programs, venture acquisitions, technology licensing and joint research and development partnerships. During his tenure he was involved with the successful acquisitions of BMEye (Netherlands), CASMED (Connecticut), and PVT (Israel/New Jersey).
